Graduate School

I attend Pratt Institute and am getting a dual masters degree in Art History and Information & Library Science. My concentration for Art History is New Media Art, specifically programming and robotics in art; I recently curated a New Media Art show at NYCResistor called Art of the Game. In Information & Library Science, my interests are information architecture, usability and information fashion (which is a term I made up to describe what kinds of information the kids are wearing nowadays). I am also the editor of Keyword, a Pratt SILS publication.

Other than School…

In my free time I draw stick figures using both paper and pen or digital formats. I also construct robots with electronics and microcontrollers. I am interested in stick figures because I love the challenge of conveying concepts through simple drawings. I like considering how robots and stick figures alike can relate to human emotion and design.
